Need to know who manufactured my phone what country what state in the name so I can have mobile device connections on my Galaxy S7 after factory reset barely any connection at all

You'll have to check for that in Settings, About Phone, and look up serial numbers etc.
Perhaps your signal is bad, or you're using the wrong device version for your area.
