What device did you install N on and how did the install go?

Yeah, I loaded a 6P up... no issues. Took a bit to boot, but it had to encrypt my internal storage (DOH! Forgot to toggle it in the boot image).

Everything came up without a hitch, No issues.

Took the OTA route. Once the large image downloaded (10-12 minutes?) to my 6P, the install seemed much quicker than system updates of the past. App optimization upon install dramatically quicker than Marshmallow. I had 150 or so apps on board and it breezed through the installation in less time than one of the monthly security updates. Plus, I seem to be still singed in to everything exactly as I left it, which didn't always happen in the past. Pretty cool. Things are crashing here and there, but nothing irrevocable. The quick settings animation is sick.

Wasn't intending to install, but when boss says install it, you install it. Thankfully, it hasn't caused any problems on the 5X yet, and I've already said I won't use the phone as a daily driver, so playing with N won't hurt (for now). I need to get the bootloader unlocked, though...

The only way to go back is full wipe, and reload factory image in fastboot.

If he did OTA then if he just 'unenrolls' then it will automatically send him the image. But yeah, no way around the full wipe part. I learned that the hard way LOL. Thank goodness for cloud backups for pretty much everything I got though. Just a hassle installing all the apps again!

I did notice they fussed with the internal storage formatting... Like when they went from 5 to 6... If you don't format, it gets all kinds of screwed up with the symbolic links inside /sdcard

Installed it on my Nexus 6. It's surprisingly stable for a first release.

Installed on my Nexus 9, which I don't use much. I wouldn't install on my Nexus 6 which is my daily driver. The install process was easy as a pie by registering the device on the beta webpage. I've encountered a few bugs here and there, but so far nothing that warrants me to return to Marshmallow. I'm a big fan of the auto night mode.

Installed on Nexus 9. I cannot risk my Nexus 6
I used it for 2 days and spent one day resetting my device and went back to marshmallow.
I have few applications that are not working and cannot stand the CF all the times

installed it on my Nexus 6, works as good as a developer preview should... lots of hiccups, but the instalation itself was very smooth.

Nexus 6. The install went fine, but I notice a slight hesitation when going from apps back to the home screen. And with Fi my signal strength indicator doesn't light up anymore. Flashing back to Marshmallow.
