I think most of us here do. Here are mine, since 2007.

Line 1 - Samsung Blackjack, Samsung Blackjack II, iPhone 3G, Palm Pre Plus, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, HTC One X, IPhone 5, HTC One X+, iPhone 5.
Line 2 - Nokia E71x, Palm Pre Plus, HTC Inspire 4G, Motorola Atrix, HTC Surround, Samsung Focus, Blackberry Torch, Dell Venue Pro, Palm Pre 3, Samsung Nexus S, Blackberry Torch 9860, Blackberry Torch 9810, IPhone 4, iPhone 5.

I have a Nexus S 4G...
I've enjoyed having the somewhat latest version of Android readily available but it's time for a new phone. Sometimes takes FOREVER to open an app (30 seconds isn't quite forever but compared to new phones that just work it is haha). And my battery life is NON Existent!
So I am a little concerned to get a non Nexus device but I don't have an option on Sprint anymore. Plus we have yet to get LTE in Vegas while the WiMax is more than satisfactory!
But I want this phone!

Not as concerned about the non-nexus device, but I am so impressed by the 4G LTE that I am upgrading to the One. I'm also running Sense 5 on my EVO and it's incredible. I think through software optimization, Sense 5's smoothness and battery life is going to embarrass the competition. I have run many roms on the phone and this one is by far the smoothest and most battery aware rom I have used, and it's stock (essentially).

Since we're all posting our addictions, here are mine since 2010: Palm Treo, Palm Pre (2 of them), Palm Pixi (6 of them), Palm Pre 2 (Frankenpre), HTC Hero, HTC EVO, HTC EVO 3D, Motorola Photon (TERRIBLE!!!), HTC EVO 4G LTE, Soon to be HTC One, all on Sprint.

I still miss WebOS software (not so much the hardware) but Android is growing on me.

Yes. I do as well. WebOS jag about of things right. They just didn't have the support.

iPhone 4s. I'm also bored with it and want a larger screen. I'm fine with iTunes though. I actually like it, but I'm a fan of metadata in general and iTunes is a metadata based database. Also, I use a MacBook Pro with lightning fast SSD so iTunes does not feel bulky in the slightest.
I'm in almost the same boat. I'll be dumping my 4s for an HTC One. I'll take a look at what Apple comes out with this year, but if the OS doesn't get a major overhaul and the hardware doesn't get a larger screen I'll be sticking with the One for a while.

Man, I have the evo lte and I love this phone. I don't need an update but... I totally want the One.

I keep trying to talk myself out of getting the One but damn. I'm liking everything I see about it. Am I going to pay full price for the One? I think I am lol

I think its going to be pretty interesting considering i own an HTC Evo 3D and i think the screen on this phone is actually pretty amazing. Its not even a 720p screen and I still cant see any pixels and i love how bright it can be. I think its a great screen so Switching to the HTC One will be like a gift from SS4 Goku himself..

Also, I am very used to the button layout on the EVO 3D. home on the right, back towards the center left, so im a little interested on how i will adapt to the 2 button setup considering they are in opposite places. But i am very glad to get rid of that search button that only gets accidentally pressed and is never intended to be pressed..

I will be upgrading from my Galaxy S III. Main reason is that I can't stand the physical home button! Other reasons include Samsung glitchy features and poor battery life. Then again, I've had the last three Galaxy series phones.

So far, since July of 2009, I've had:
*BlackBerry Pearl 8130 (Alltel) (2009-2010)
*HTC Aria (2010-2011)
*Samsung Captivate (2011)
*Samsung Galaxy S II (2011-2012)
*Samsung Galaxy S III (2012 - present )

Thank God I'm the only one in my family that cares about upgrading!

Blackberry 9810 torch and ATT to Sprint. I waited and waited for the Z10 then I saw the HTC One.

Upgrading fra Nokia Lumia 920, not that I didnt like it. Just that OS is bit buggy atm, and there is not good enough app collection for my needs! Pre-ordered here in Norway, finger crossed :D

I have the ATRIX 4g which has a big dead spot across the top of the screen. The Htc One cannot get here soon enough!
