what did you guys say to get your epics replaced?

My keyboard doesn't always work. The four touchscreen buttons don't want to work correctly either and I'm sure my GPS doesn't work. I can't ever get it to find me. I bought it at Best Buy because I liked the way their monthly insurance sounded over Sprint's monthly insurance. Well... I literally took it in about 5 or 6 times before I just broke the screen and took it in. They replaced the screen but they never fixed any of the other problems. They had it for 2 days short of a month and only thing they fixed was the broken screen. Shortly after I went back a couple times to get the four touchscreen keys fixed and they said it was because I was rooted. At the time I was not rooted. I had used Odin to go back to stock. The man was literally yelling at me and I was being very calm which pissed me off. So I grabbed the phone out of his hands and walked right out. So idk what to do now. I really need these keys to work and they're being difficult. Any tips? Something that I can do to my phone so that it will be unfixable. Like I said, I've been to Best Buy soooo many times and I'm about to just leave Sprint all together. I know its not there fault but its really bothering me. Help?

does your phone have any type of screen cover on it, sometimes they can make the buttons unresponsive and sticky...

becuase your technically adding a software that sprint is saying you shouldnt install on your phone.

So does this specifically void my warranty?

um i am pretty sure there is no were in writing saying this will cause it to void your warranty, however there are some sprint employees that will do anything to save money so if that means they wont help you becuase you installed the software that they dont want you to. however some people might be cool and dont care at all. i think its going to matter on what store you take it to and who you deal with. why not just revert back to 2.1?

I took my phone into sprint because my phone would drop the 3g signal. They said that they would run software to fix. This did not fix the problem. I took it back again and the said they would look at it. When I received my phone bac they said that they would replace it. However the accelerometor was no longer working. I'm currently on my 2nd epic and the 3g problem is still there.

Damn that sucks. I got mine from radio shack for the rebate thing. So maybe if you got it at a best buy or shack you can take it in
