What do I do if my Nexus 5 has not OS and no Firmware

[Android Central Question]

My Nexus 5 phone has been wiped by accident.

I have removed all previous restore versions and I have no Operating System on the phone. Also I have no drivers to connect my phone to any PC both windows and Linux.

All I can do is go into recovery mode or power off.
