What do I do with the green robot on my screen?

Green robot on my note 4 and says Downloading...Do not turn off target!!

My samsung s30u ultra,can't open because forget password.If you turn on only green robot appear on and off can't reset or rebot

Hilo friend I did already 20 Seconds force shutdown and tried for 1 munite same think on and off the green robot,what more best option.

Are still there friend please can you help me to open this s30u. You can't do anything because when turn it on only this green robot show int he screen,I tried force re start,force reboot,force recovery mode and the robot still only on the screen never change.What is your best technick to fix this,kindly help friend.Thanks reply me please!!!!

If you can get into recovery mode once you see the green bot hold volume up and power button until u see menu pop up then select factory reset
