I was testing a rom and was told very specific instructions. one of them being to partition my sd card. so i did. then to wipe a whole bunch of stuff including the system... then when i was told to flash the rom... and my sd card was completely wiped! hooray! so now it doesnt boot and i have no idea what to do. I cant flash anything cause my sd cards completely wiped, and nothings booting... help?

You will need to connect you phone to a PC and enable USB storage to drop the needed files into it.

As klokateer said, boot to recovery and then follow my directions. If you cant boot to recovery, then you did something way more then you described in the OP

ok thanks everythings working now, my sd card is just completely wiped but i backed some stuff up last week so ill be ok

Go to Piriform.com/Recuva or Piriform.com if you lost important files you don't have.
