what do I have to replace in my samsung galaxy s3 to fix a dim screen?

I dropped my phone in water. Riced it for almost a week. Have opened it up and cleaned everything. Powered it up and I can just see the galaxy screen then the telsra screen and finally the Samsung screen (very dim) After that it goes black. What do I need to replace to get it back. Help please!!
