What do I need to back up ? Please help

Hi I am new to rooting, I would like to know what do I need to back up before i flash a new ROM with titanium, all user apps ? System data ? User apps + system data ? I have already done everything else required for flashing, I appreciate your help !

Umm, user apps and system data should work. Just make sure when you restore the new rom to not restore system apps, because they can cause issues. this only applies If you back up system apps for some reason. Also, please make a nandroid backup before you install the rom in case something goes wrong. It's always nice to have something to fall back on if things don't go as planned.
