I don't think the S7 supports the MHL standard for HDMI connection: https://www.mhltech.org/devices.aspx?tid=1. So you'd need to use a wireless solution, like Chromecast. If you don't have a wi-fi network at home, then you could try something like Microsoft's Wireless Display Adapter, which I think does not require a wi-fi network: www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/adapters/wireless-display-adapter-2/p3q-00001 Upvote 0 Downvote
