What do you use to load music?

Just coming from the iPhone 4, I'm used to having the iPod app that I can use to load all my music straight from iTunes with. I have a MacBook and iTunes has all of my music organized by playlist and genre ... So what is the app/source/program that you guys use to load and play all your music to your Samsung Infuse?
