What do you want to see in the HTC 10?

As good as the 6p WITH OIS and better camera app and I'd be thrilled. Personally I'm really happy with the supposed design. I'm looking fora second device, not a replacement for my 6p, so a little different (front FPS/home button) is welcomed. Are you planning on getting it?

Oh yeah, forgot about the OIS that the HTC 10 is supposed to have. It should be a pretty decent camera then in all conditions. I've found the 6P camera really quite great in all lighting conditions and have enjoyed using it a lot. The same camera module with OIS sounds even better.

Yeah I am almost certain to be getting the HTC 10. I do like the 6P a LOT and think it's an overall excellent phone, but I get new phones all the time and I feel the 6P has had its run for me.

HTC is the only other phone OEM which I enjoy the software on. I liked Sense on the M8 a lot, didn't have any major issues with it and looking forward to the new Sense in the 10. Add to that it seems like HTC may have finally nailed the camera and a 3,000mah battery sounds ample for a 5.2" screen.

I don't know, but after my experiences with the Galaxy S6 and LG G4 last year, they've put a sour taste in my mouth and I have no interest in the S7/7E or the G5 this year. I think the software just kills it for me. Don't think the software on either looks or performs well at all.

I won't sell the 6P right away, I'll hang on to it and ensure I like the HTC 10 more before I sell it though. But yes, assuming there is no catastrophic 'problem' with the HTC 10, I'll be getting one.

Yeah I definitely agree about Sense being the only other software I enjoy using. TW has improved, but for whatever reason Samsung just doesn't do it for me. LG isn't even on my radar, I just can't tolerate their software.

I'm disappointed with the direction Lenovo took Moto, cause that also would've been an option. And if One+ ever got their sh:t together if consider using it as a backup.

But I'm with you, barring some unforeseen catastrophic event, I'll be giving the 10 a shot. I never used the M7-M9 full time (used the M8 for a month) so I'm really looking forward to it. The 6p is pretty much perfect for me, so I don't want anything drastically different. It'll be a nice work phone for the foreseeable future.
