What do you want to see in the HTC 10?

Lag and overheating will destroy for once and for all the image of HTC. I kinda doubt they will let it go that way. I hope?

Software typically hasn't been HTC issue. However no hardware games with memory or CPU throttling. I don't want to see a rehash of VW here. *snicker*

I'd like to see high build quality, great rear camera (on par with the Samsung S6), wireless charging, not too thick, great batter life, and glass-metal construction. It would also need to be quick and not laggy. A tall order, but this is my wish list for the H10!

I have the M8. I don't get all day battery life.

Stock? No....custom ROM? Yes..my M8 has had this for some time now. I understand not everyone likes to get into ROMs/rooting, but if you don't your not using Android at its full potential

I enjoy flashing ROMs but we shouldn't need a custom ROM to get good battery life, especially since most smartphone users have no idea how to root and flash ROMs.

I hope HTC comes through with the camera like Motorola did with the Pure Edition. If they somehow get front facing speakers on here then that could sway me. The rumored specs look promising as well. I hope they sell it unlocked and compatible with all US carriers! I would like to try HTC's Sense again. I haven't used it since 2010 with my Droid Incredible. If they keep this phone updated like the A9 then I won't have a reason to not make this my next phone.

A lot of truth in the bolded statement. Security updates are going to be important now. An unfortunate reality to our current society. One of the reasons I am looking at S7e is for Sammy pay. I like the MFS token system. However Sammy not so good on updates.

Just a good camera and good battery life really. If the camera and battery life are at least as good as the Nexus 6P, then I'll be happy.

camera, battery life, and a great user experience are what's most important to me. I really hope it has USB-C since I already transitioned with my MacBook and 6p. It looks like it'll have a front home button/FPS which works for me, and I love that it doesn't seem to have any front branding.

Multi tasking windows are great in theory but I honestly haven't used it in a productive way so it's not a huge deal.

I'm glad they're offering an extra battery and 360 camera though. It makes it an enticing offer for me.

Less than 2 weeks away until the reveal. I really hope this phone is available in the same week as the reveal. I believe the only time a phone was available the same day it was revealed was the HTC One M8 when it was available for Verizon customers the same day as it was revealed. Maybe HTC can do the same thing with this phone.

As good as the 6p WITH OIS and better camera app and I'd be thrilled. Personally I'm really happy with the supposed design. I'm looking fora second device, not a replacement for my 6p, so a little different (front FPS/home button) is welcomed. Are you planning on getting it?

I really want it to be waterproof, but they probably wont do that so they can have great speaker quality
