Appears to me that this obsession (with Google and others) to create a whole new Android OS version EVERY YEAR is not a good idea! The King of OS's (Microsoft) doesn't even try to do that! Nothing wrong with version 12, 13, and even 14! Let it go Google and just make what is currently available nice, and stable, and smooth! Nobody really cares what the version is! Besides that by the time a new version becomes ready the last version is barely out in the wild! Stupid company!

But we want the "latest and greatest" and we WANT IT NOW, NOW, NOW! Refuse our demands and we'll find another company to take care of our need for instant gratification and new, shiny things.

And BTW, Google, Samsung, et al, don't you dare be even a day late with next month's system update or I'll be taking my business elsewhere. 😉

All 'their' new A. I. software toys are probably not playing nice together.
☺️
Mr. Kubrick has nailed it, me thinks. and trying to ram all this AI "stuff" that nobody really wants into the OS just exacerbates the problem. boring can be fun, too.
