In the image, what does the blue circle with the battery percentage correspond to? Rather, what app does it correspond to? I've checked all the apps I have installed and can't seem to find out where it is. It's not really taxing on the phone but it just annoys me that I have two battery displayers. So if anyone might know the name of the app, do feel free to share.

Welcome to Android Central! That looks like Power Toggles. You can change it in the Power Toggles settings.

Doesn't Battery Widget Reborn usually have the circle around the number correspond with the battery percentage as well? So in other words, the circle would be 94% complete, rather than a full circle?

Power Toggles it is5, I have the app and it shows in the notification area unless you turn off it's notification in the app's settings.

I love Power Toggles.
But I ONLY get the Power Toggles battery percentage in my alert bar.
I can't remember how I got the stock battery display to stop.
