Yeah, some type of battery saver is what I would guess. Never seen it before.

most apps or commands as clock power etc are on my right side in the system tray at the top... Not knowing a lot but knowing what a battery looks like ,,its a battery in yer hands.. appeared to be full battery at that.. just my thought...
