what does this mean in the v20 email app?

The V20 has its own dedicated email app or are you using a specific one?

Autosync is that it will automatically check for new emails on a set schedule. Sync schedule is how often you want it to check for new emails. You have it set to 1 hour. Sync period is how far back you want it to sync. You have it set to 1 month. You can probably sync all.
