what does this notification mean? how do i get rid of it?

When i pull down my menu from the top it says 'noti. Settings' and i have this little logo in pic in the top left. Ive tried closing everything and restartong phone but its still there

If you go to settings, scroll down to about phone, there is an icon glossary that shows all the icons that your phone uses.

It doesnt include any icons that apps use, only the phone system

Notification settings in the drop down is a shortcut to you being able to customize the settings to your personal preference.
