What does this notification mean?

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 8 and this notification keeps popping up on my screen that says, "Developer warning for package com.sec.android.app.sbrowser. Failed to post notification on channel "null". See log for more details". I have no idea what it means, why it showed up or how to get rid of it. Can someone please help me?

sbrowser is probably the Samsung web browser, Internet. Try installing and using a different browser - Chrome, Firefox, etc.
