What does used.com.android settings intelligence mean?

I have literally never seen this come up before in google activity . And just moments after this is shown it then shows used com.android.settings . Are these actions that its showing in "My Google activity" things the phone automatically does? Or is it actions that have to be physically done by the user?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, are you saying it said "Used com.android.settings.intelligence", or is the "intelligence" part a typo?

Your Google activity will show you any time your apps or services ping your Google account -- this can happen a lot from apps and services you might not be actively using (or even know much about), because it's normal for apps to periodically refresh data from your Google account. It doesn't mean anything malicious is going on.
