What exactly is this screen asking me? (SD Card Storage)

I bought an SD card today and I want my torrent application to save files to it. When I direct to the SD card, it asks me to grant access to the card. When I click the button, it takes me to the screen shown, and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

I can see the SD card folder and files from other applications, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Click (or tap) Select, probably. Unless you want to select some other folder (that you'll have to tell the panel to create - if you choose New Folder).

It won't let me click select due to the message in the bottom of the first screenshot. When I click "Grant Access" it tells me to select the SD card on the next screen. On the next screen all I see is the Recents button, nothing else.
