Hi! I need some help. Hope you can do that.
my phone was going to run out of juice. Went to put it on a charger. Well as usually the phone died on my hands still.
I waited untill it had 6% charge and boot it up. It took about 10 mins to reboot and after that I got this message and my phone is so many ways wanky.
Bluetooth doesn't work. When i try to put it on my phone rebootit it self, started in protectedmode and then went to factory reset options mode. I just reboot it and now my drop down window looks like the other picture. Airplane mode icon is on even if I turn it off. If I push volume +/- I dont see volume bar. Cant hear anything from spotify, but can hear wa audiomessages. I can change the brightness bar, mut it does no do anything.
S-pen does not connect to the phone by bluetooth. It fails everytime.
I have run diagnostictools, but it does not find anyproblems on the phone. And I run the appprotection tool and it didnt find anything.
Threads forum they said to do real factoryreset and se if that would help.
I am bit scared to do that if it bricks the phone and I dont have my images and videos any really backedup except on my phone.
I have warrenty left and I have sent WA message to samsung. I think they will answer to me monday.
I have up to date software updates.
But does any have any clue what is this thing and what happend?
