What happened to my data connection?

Settings:

Access to my location: On
VZW Location services: Off
Standalone GPS Services : On
Wifi& Mobile Network Location: On

Why can't I get internet or email? My wifi is currently turned off. Also I have Foxfi, which isn't working because I have no data services. I've already turned on and off, restart, and did soft reset already. still no data. Not seeing 3g/4g up top.

Problem solved. Mobile Data on the top row Settings was disabled for some reason. Not sure why that wasns't enabled through the regular Settings mode.
