What happened to Smart Capture with Oreo update on Galaxy S7?

My phone updated last night and scroll capture, crop screenshot, etc are gone. I checked Advanced settings and the smart capture toggle is on but it isn't working on screenshots anymore.

I'm having this issue as well. The scrolling capture and crop options have disappeared since the last update. And I also have Smart Capture turned on. These bugs are really annoying!

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? Or do I have to go download a third party app to do what my phone is supposed to do by itself?
