What happened with the apps in my SD?

For some reason like 6 apps from my phone that were on my SD card disappeared, the shortcut had a small red SD symbol and I couldn't open them, I restarted the phone with and without the SD card and after that I re-downloades the app, moved it to the SD card again and everything was fine, all my info was there like if nothing happened, still I have blueprint icons with red SD cards on the home menu and they only disappear if I re-download those apps, what happened and how to prevent it? The music and photos are alright, and as I told you this was with only some apps. I got a Xperia M4 Aqua with Lollipop 5.0

Sure you changed SD card or change in App Setting.
