To answer your question: Yes.

When you first put your phone into the dock, it'll ask you what "setup" to launch: webtop, widget clock (your bedside clock mode), multimedia mode, or just do nothing. You will also be presented with the option to make that specific dock remember what your setting is, so it won't ask you again the next time you dock your phone into it.

Now, if you want to double as a clock and a multimedia/webtop dock, then obviously choose not to remember your selection.

Silly question from a newbie here. Finally joining what I call the "Android Revolution". I preordered my phone (can't wait to get my hands on it!) but have only found one place (Mobile City Online)so far that is taking preorders for accessories, but they have what appears to be pretty bad customer reviews. I would like to get my hands on the car dock and the HD Multimedia dock. Anyone know where I can purchase these docks?
