What I want in a case

I'm looking for a second skin in a matte texture (for a nice grip without sticking to my pocket) with just a slight almost unnoticeable raise above the screen to be able to lay the phone down on its face without worry. I happen to like the size and don't want it modified by the case. Would also like it to cover the corners.

Ideas?
