What if I don't want to see the recent call list when I hang up?

Why is it that the phone takes me to the recent call list when I hang up? Why not back where I was, or to the home screen?

Is there a way to customize this?

Play store has a few apps, try AfterCall by Imediot it cost a little but worth it, but there's others.

Yeah one of my few Android pet peeves. The ROMS usually have an option that fixes that.

I'm on AOKP B38, but I'd assume this is on the stock dialer too:

Open dialer
Menu
Settings
Check "Exit To Home on End of Call"

Voila...................

That might be something built into AOKP. It's not part of Jelly Bean.

EJT, the stock dialer does not have that option.

I guess I'll root and ROM.

Don't have to. There are a few dialer apps that fix the problem
