Ok so I've had additions replacement droid x for about a month, and have some problems. For one the speaker phone is not as loud as my first x. Secondly, the power button is very squishy. Will they replace my current x for free since my current one is the one they sent me?

Maybe they found out you were committing insurance fraud and sent you a busted up replacement....hahaha

you are still under the 1 year mfg warranty from your date of purchase and if you are over your 1 year it is only 30 days

Yes if you have the insurance they will replace that one as well, within a year of buying it you should be able to go to vzw store and replaced that way too

great, but will they replace it for free? I had to pay 90 bucks for the deductible last time around.

Last spring when I replaced my bb 8330 they did no cost to me at all they had refubs of "my then phone" in store I was there maybe 15 minutes.

That's why I knew,so its worth inquiring about I would assume yours would be free replacement to

They should do it for free. Call customer service and talk to them. When i had a storm2 i went through 4 of them. I went through 15 TouchPro2's all at no cost.

According to a VZW Rep, 30 days or less, free replacement from insurance company directly, Asurion. After 30 days from your claim, VZW will replace for free as long as it is still in the year warranty.
