What insurance coverage is everyone using?

Just talked with Premier tech support and should be able to add it tomorrow when the phone is technically available!

I have heard you can just go into Samsung members app once you receive the phone you'll also be able to add it from there. Just FYI and might want to look there as well.

It was one year free during pre-order....I don't see it on the order site anymore even thought it says to pre-order..... They do have a lot of different deals at the moment and It doesn't look like 512 is available either

Yup I’m not seeing it ..512GB only available with carriers at this time and they throwing a case in with order

My family used Geek Squad for our computers. Usually, we've had good experiences. But that was years ago. For a phone, I would look elsewhere and go from Samsung or my carrier, if I was in this position. Not taking a chance is a smart move!

Damn looks like I forgot to add Samsung Care+ on my Fold 3 pre order. I swear I selected add lol.

On my Flip 3 pre order, it's selected and I got the Samsung Care+ welcome email. Even shows in the my subscription section.

Was wondering why the heck I haven't yet got the welcome email for Fold 3 and when I went back and checked the pre order details Samsung Care+ wasn't selected.

Nothing I can do now I guess to get the free year on the Fold 3

I complained and the best they could do is 10% refund on my order. I accepted that for now since it'll knock off another $100 off my order. Better than nothing, and I'm hoping they will eventually figure out in the next few days and provide a way to enroll into free year Samsung care+ for those who missed to add during pre order for whatever reason.

Yeah that's correct, but it'll charge you $12.99 per month and you won't be able to add the free one year if you didn't add it as part of the pre order. But yeah you have the option to add care+ if you are OK to pay the monthly fee. I generally never take insurance on phones so it's not for me, just bummed that I missed out on the free year since I thought I had clicked add free Care+ during my pre order.

Yeah I didn’t want the insurance but I thought the one year was additional to you signing up for more years ..lol I guess I really didn’t read it …all good

For my Pixel 5 I bought the Premier Care through the Google Store. $149 up front, no monthly charges. If Samsung offers something like that its what I'd choose.

How long ago was that? They send out a tech to replace screens now. Much cheaper than the deductible for the whole phone. Think it was $35? No hassle, did it in my driveway. Was a Note9 as well
