What internal storage size did you go with?

Do you feel like the 512GB is worth the extra cost over the 128GB version since we can add more space with SD cards?

I could only get 256gb because I upgraded through my carrier and they only offered that.
I'm happy enough though

128 most of my files are in the cloud. I have never needed more than 64gb.

512gb cause i just have to have the best storage and always good to have that extra extra storage, Plus i have that 1tb sdcard storage so basically storage for life lol.

I don't feel it is worth it. For those who don't use an SD card at all, it's worth it. Not for me. One of my key points in favor of SD cards has always been that you don't have to keep paying Samsung for the same space over and over again every time you upgrade phones. When my Note 20 Ultra arrives next week, I will take the SD card out of my current phone and just pop it in. Ready to go. All set up. Immediately expands storage. My card is actually kinda small just now -- 256gb. That should be enough with the 128 (which doubles what I have now internally). But if I need more, it's easier and cheaper to buy a new card that will last me through several phones than it is to keep paying Samsung for space upgrades.

I have children and I do a lot of recording. I went with a 512GB version and 512SD.

128 GB more than enough for the few months I'm going to keep this phone and could care less about SD card. Never liked them and will never use them.
