What internal storage size did you go with?

I just ordered my phone. I went with the 128GB version. I'm doing just fine with my note 8 with an SD card.

Coming from a 64 GB Note 8, I wanted and got as much storage as I could - 512. I was always cautious of my storage on the Note 8 even with a 256 GB SD card. Now, I throw caution to the wind!

512 because I wanted black and black only came in 128 and 512. 512 is alot for me , but that 128 wasn't enough. I would have loved to get another 256. The only plus for me is I don't have to use a SD card anymore.

I would've preferred a 256GB option, but had to go 128GB b/c I don't need 512GB and didn't want black. I prefer to keep most of my music library on my phone, so that eats up a ton of storage. I'm keeping that on an SD card so 128GB should be plenty, but I'd rather not use SD cards.

I went with 512. I was using about 109GB on my 256GB Note 10+ even storing a lot of stuff on the 128GB Micro SD I had in it. I felt more comfortable with 512GB vs 128GB over the next year or two.

512GB + 1TB.
128GB is definitely not enough. If I had 128gb I'd be maxed out in no time.in fact I'm already at 128GB.
256GB is the sweet spot but wasn't available in the US so I bent over + gave $150 to get way too much storage of 512gb.

512 for me. I was at about 90gb when I got the note 20 Ultra, but since then I'm already up to 100gb. 256 probably would have been fine, but 128 wasn't. So 512 it is.

128gb internal and grabbed a 512gb Samsung Micro SD card for $60, cheaper than buying the 512gb internal.

I actually think that the 128gb version was a bit of an insult to the American customers

But the other countries will say us getting the Snapdragon processor was a insult to them. I was going to get the 256 this time around as 512 is way more then I need. 128 is the new 64 IMO.

How much was it

Runs around $230 for the 1tb SanDisk.

I'd do if I needed to, but it is all theoretical right now. One of the good things in sticking, for the moment, with what I've got is that with these cards, you come back in a year and the price is dramatically down. Watch--1 year. The 512gb will be $59 and the 1TB with be $139. Whatever. But a lot less.

For the folks saying 128gb isn't enough. What in the world are you guys putting on your devices? Lol. I have 128 with just a 64gb card and I can't fill either of them. I do cloud files too though.

I have pictures & videos from my Drone, cars dash cam, outdoor trail cam and house security cam's as well as 8000+ pictures and videos from over the last 10 or so years and about 14gb worth of music on my SD card. I used to also have about 10 full length movies but I wasnt watching them much so I backed them up to an external HD and deleted them off my card. I live in an area where I wouldn't have any sort of internet without Wifi so cloud storage doesnt work for me. There is no cell or data service at all, regardless of carrier.
