What is 801e?

I wan't to fix my phone. glass is broken as well as the aluminum part on the top front. I was interested in this because it will give me a whole new shell, making my phone feel new again... but I don't know what 801e means, looking at my phone I see something that says ap801c. Will this work for me?

Looks like it would be okay, but I'm certainly no expert. Here is a list of all the types. Really looks more like a branding and internal memory thing. Looks like all the dimensions are the same.

I asked the seller on amazon... they said no it wouldn't work for me, no explanation though.
