What is a good desktop manager to sync phone (LG Velvet) and Windows 10

[Android Central Question]

I am looking for a PC desktop manager like my Blackberry (blackberry link) had that without using cloud service, it would sync contacts, calendar, photos and music. I would rather have a 1 time purchased software to avoid adds. I generally sync once a week so not looking for just a backup software as these are active on both devices.

I believe the phone is on Android 10 and I am on Windows 10. Any help is appreciated

For music, when I used to use Itunes, I would use Isyncer with great success:

There is an app called Your Phone on Windows 10 that links your phone to your PC.
