What is app 10197 and why is it using data?

I looked at my data usage today and an app 10197 has used 3 GB of data in that last monthy. (it has the android signifier beside it)
I can't find it on my apps list and have never seen it before.
Any ideas?

The apps with numbers instead of names are usually apps that you have uninstalled. They will remain in the report for accounting purposes until the next billing cycle starts.
