I read the posts up top about the notification tones, but I am having an issue with my Galaxy s8+. I get random notification sounds and there is nothing there. Usually dings twice in a row, but when it does, I can't find an app that has any kind of notification. It all started with the most recent software update in March so it seems related to this Google oreo update. Any suggestions?

When you hear it, go to Settings, Battery, usage, see what's running.
Also, go to Settings, Applications, notification permissions, and go through the whole list of apps.
