what is currently the best rom for SGH- t989

what is currently the best rom for SGH- t989? I would to have something stable and fast the stock rom is really slow.

The ROM is slow, or TouchWiz is a slow launcher? Considering that the phone is 3-1/2 years old and uses some pretty slow (for 2015) hardware, you're never going to see S5 performance. Try a faster launcher first. 360 Launcher and ZERO Launcher are both pretty fast.

I tried one of those launchers and don't see a huge difference.

I'm happy with Paranoid Kit-Kit. Stable and responsive. The only problem I have is with internal camera flash.
