Tiny pin hole on bottom back of razr? Looked on line, cannot find. Otter box defender leaves hole for it. Must be for something. I

That is a microphone. It comes in handy for noise cancellation and taking videos.

Correct. Noise cancelling microphone. Not a hard reset button as some people think. Do not stick a paperclip in there to reboot.
