What is Juno Pulse and how do I get rid of it?

[Android Central Question]

I've had my Pixel 2 XL for 6 months or so.

The battery died and when I wen to turn it on I received a pop up saying "JUNO PULSE FULL SCAN IS SCANNING"

What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Search tells me Juno is a MDM app and I have no desire to have someone else to have management rights on my phone.

Any one know how to get rid of it? Searches don't give me anything?
