I'm guessing it's part of the application that lets you set wallpapers. It's only 28KB, so I'd leave it.

When you go to select a wallpaper, you have the option to select stock wallpapers, live wallpapers and pics from your gallery. I'm guessing the live wallpapers wouldn't be able to be set without the app you deleted.
28KB is really next to nothing. I would have kept it

When you say you deleted it, do you mean you're rooted and you completely removed it? Or did you simply Disable it?

So you're saying that in Settings>Apps>All, you scroll all the way down to the Disabled apps (or in some versions of Android, they're under their own column at Settings>Apps>Disabled), tap Live Wallpaper Picker, and there is no Enable button? Are there any buttons at all?

The Maxx with KitKat does have a separate column for disabled apps...

correct.

it is under:

"settings - apps - all"

under: "settings - apps - disabled" it is not even listed there.

when i tap on "live wallpaper picker" there is no enable button.

there are buttons but they do give you access to touch them.

Are you still able to choose a live wallpaper? Try doing so. If you can still pick a live wallpaper, then maybe it wasn't disabled in the first place.

I just checked it on my Nexus 5--the Disable button is greyed out, so I don't think it's possible to disable it on stock Android. It may be that you thought you disabled it, but in fact didn't.

The other live wallpapers can be disabled, so did you do that before?

If you disabled the other live wallpapers, then go to Settings>Apps>Disabled, select those wallpapers, and tap Enable.
