I was updating kies and the above came up to install. What is it and do I need it, is it legit or spyware?

I was updating kies and the above came up to install. What is it and do I need it, is it legit or spyware?

It should be legit. I saw it when Kies up dated for me, all three times, and my PC hasn't reported any bad lines of code or anythning.
