Just checked my s7e apps and that one isn't there. I'm on Verizon.

I'm just wondering now is it there because of some mix up when I did smart switch from a OnePlus One. Or maybe it's something built into the Exynos model only.
It's eating through battery whatever it is anyway.

Not on my Sprint version, either.

Try disabling it and see what happens. You can always re-enable if necessary.
