What is Sprint DM?

I want m with Cricket I have moto e5 phone but I have an app on my phone that's called Sprint DM and I would like to know what it does? Also why there's even a Sprint app on my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get your phone directly from Cricket, or did you get it from somewhere else and bring it to Cricket?

Sprint DM means Sprint Device Management, which is used to manage its network connection to Sprint (assuming it was originally intended for the Sprint network).

I have the same question. I have TMobile, why is a Sprint System app installed on my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! I see this in various phones, including completely "carrier-agnostic" phones like the Pixel. Another example is a system app that has to do with Verizon APNs. I think it's because manufacturers preinstall certain carrier-related system apps just in case you decide to bring the phone to that particular carrier.
