What is taking so long for the TBOLT to get an OFFICIAL stable gingerbread leak?

If im not mistakin, isn't the TBOLT the "flagship"phone for verizon? then Why is it taking SO long for a stable GB leak or at least and OFFICAL GB update... not that it really matters to me cuz Im rooted and and wouldn't accept the update anyway BUT It would def play a VITAL role in better ROM development for this phone.. I feel like we are being forgotten about?

Any thoughts from you all ?

Hell, we still don't have a stable official Froyo IMO.
I somewhat agree, BUT at least there is NO chance of a bricked phone :) And I am running a "very" stable froyo rom at the moment... and the radio is the 1.13.605.7 CDMA and 1.12.605.6 LTE radio
CDMA Radio version: 1.16.00.0402w_1
LTE radio version that came with 1.12.605.6

Patience my friend. It's gonna take some time to get the radios to work well with LTE. I would say another month at the earliest, and two months at the latest for an official release. I'm sure we'll see another leak before then. Although the current leak isn't rock solid, it will definitely hold me over until that time comes.

eris/inc/evo just got an AOSP GB rom

check out Droid Life, there's a front page post about it.

on the dev website, shows a link for the Thunderbolt in the downloads section of the GB ROM.
so, one is on the way.

i installed it on my brother's Dinc, very stable and fast.

^ I thought CyanogenMod was the gold standard when it comes to AOSP ROMS

I'm not hating though, the more choices the better. The way things are going for CM7 on the Thunderbolt maybe we'll see this sooner.

Im not hating on dasBAMF, in fact, I LOVE THIS ROM. I just want to have 2.3.3 and a stable radio :( but patience is a virture!!

As much as i think froyo is stable. I too want a stable GB for my TB. The leak with the imminent BRICK was such a tease! It will be awesome so the way i see it. It will be worth the wait.

Maybe i'm so understanding because being on BlackBerry meant getting an actual update to anything every 1-2 years. :'(
