There is no perfect phone. That's a choice for the individual. Everyone like something different for different reasons. That's something you have decided.

That's probably why Android has such a huge variety of phone options - from the extremely inexpensive ones - to the top of the line ones. Made for every walk of life, from young kids to professionals, everyone's needs are met.

What's nice is even some of those cheaper phones can still do quite a bit - so no matter what's going on with your finances, life, etc, there's bound to be a phone for you.

An S9 with a flat screen would be my perfect phone. There always some type of compromise

I'd love it if they'd bring back a flat screen version. I've adjusted to the curved screens, but the flat is great.

They may make an Active version, which would be flat screen.

I wish they still made flat screens. I don't mind the edge but I preferred the flat screen big phone t he last one for me was my Note 5.

it depends on what you're looking for i guess. imho... samsung flagships tend to be most feature packed and envelope pushing when it comes to trying new things; pixel 2/2xl has the best camera and the purest android experience; oneplus has the best fast charging; essential phone has the best design and feel in hand....again, just my opinion.

The grass is greener somewhere else!
Some of us buy-sell looking for elusive unicorn phone.
Features, cost, size, compromise
What you need and what you want

If I had grand children the camera, video and storage might get heavily weighted, plus battery.

Huawei Mate 10 Pro vs Pixel 2 XL vs Note 8?

Without a list or spreadsheet of what matters to prioritize and "check feature boxes" - too wide open - no one can help or say.
