What is the best phone for under 400$ in USA

So since we have a price it shouldn't be that subjective to declare the best one. Only criteria is something big screen like 6.5inches or higher and something fast.

I guess question can be narrowed to what is the fastest +6.5inch screen phone that works in USA

I think some of the Samsung A series may suit you. Like the A51. I got an A21s for a friend was £140 for Black Friday. It is a basic Samsung but has 6.5" screen and 5000maH battery. It may not be as fast. So have a look at their A series and see if there is a phone which suits your budget.

3/32" ! Barely over a 1/16th !

Currently, the Galaxy A54 5G (referred to as one of "the best of Galaxy A Series"), should probably be in the running, as it was on sale for $329 a couple weeks ago, (for the factory unlocked Verizon version; that's now $409). And seems pretty nice; also with a super fast charging 5000mAh battery w/ 25W wired charging, w/ 6.4" Super Amoled Infinity O–120Hz–1000 nits–1080x2340–403ppi display, + 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 1TB) w/6GB RAM + microSDXC card slot + 4K video + 5.3 BT + virtual proximity sensing + very decent bench scores w/ 119h endurance rating.
We bought one for a family member; the new 5000mAh battery is impressive.
