If I'm going to edit a photo myself, I used SnapSeed, but I honestly just let Google+ do most of my editing for me.

I suggest you one best photo editing app named Auto Stamper for Photo.
you should to try this.

Snapseed is good once you get used to the UI (up-down, left-right).
Photoshop Express is the other editor I have installed. My Adobe subscription gets me extra features.
