I'm from Canada and need a new phone. I value display size, display quality, phone reliability, and performance. My budget is 400 Canadian dollars. What is the best phone for me?

Welcome! As you likely already know, there are few new phones available in Canada for $400 CAD or less unless you purchase one through a carrier cell phone plan. While open box, refurbished or used phones are often viable options within your budget, as suggested by B. Diddy, the Nothing CMF 1 Phone may just fit the bill (I am not completely sure because you say you value display size and don't say if that means large display, small display or something in between). The CMF 1 has received good reviews for a budget phone and it is available for $350 CAD at Swiftronics (I purchased a new Pixel 6 Pro from there a few years ago and they appear to be a reputable online dealer).
