What is the best way to transfer files and videos from Android phone to Mac via WI-FI?

Hello,

I’m new to using a Mac and I really need to transfer a bunch of files and photos from my Samsung A55. I’m not sure how to do it.

Can anyone recommend some good apps for this?

I simply use Google photos or Google drive and then you can be signed in on the Mac and grab any files you need or photos or videos

I've heard it Macdroid and AirDroid as well

I moved this from the Samsung subforum that's tucked away in the Archives forum over to the current Galaxy A Series forum.

If you're on a Mac, MacDroid is probably the best.
It works really well. Other good options are Send Anywhere or AirDroid.

Local Send app is also great. I use it daily to shuttle things between my Android phone and Mac's.
