What is the bulls eye kind of open at bottom of logo in the upper right corner of my screen?

[Android Central Question]

It's between the vibrate and 4G logo. It May be a hot spot symbol? But I didn't notice it when I first connected my surface to the mobile hot spot so not too sure...

Welcome to the forums. If you have a Samsung device make sure that Smart Stay is disabled in your quick settings panel.
